Atlantic has three guesthouses: Coconut Cottage, Bluebird and Driftwood. Coconut Cottage offers guests a choice of both our stylish premium ensuite rooms and standard ensuite rooms. Guests staying in the recently renovated premium ensuite rooms in Coconut Cottage have access to a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and outdoor deck area. Alternatively guests can choose to enjoy a drink on the own private verandah each with a garden setting. Bluebird offers a relaxed and casual atmosphere with a communal kitchen, lounge area, television, DVD player and outdoor barbeque areas. Guests have a choice of double/twin rooms with shared bathrooms or budget shared rooms. Driftwood guesthouse offers a choice of premium ensuite rooms, the family studio room, standard ensuite rooms in our garden cabin and the American Airstream trailer.

Located in the very centre of Byron Bay, on the corner of Middleton and Marvel streets, it is close to Main Beach, tourist information, cafes and shops. Our spacious accommodation provides a tranquil atmosphere for your holiday. From budget to boutique accommodation, there is a room to suit your needs. Directions: From Byron Bay Visitor Information / Bus Terminal: Cross Jonson St to Marvell St, directly opposite the bus stop. Follow Marvell St past Fletcher St and you will reach Middleton St. The property is on the corner of Middleton and Marvell, on your left. From the Highway: take the Byron Bay exit and follow Ewingsdale Road into the heart of Byron Bay. At the first roundabout turn left over the Railway crossing. At the second roundabout, turn right onto Jonson St. Follow Jonson to Marvell St - the third street on your left. The property is on the corner of Marvell and Middleton, the second street on your left. The property offers you limited on-site parking

Please note Byron Bay has a NO PARTY rule in all properties.

Deposit payment is acceptance of our full terms and conditions.

$0 Rate Display: Call BBA for rates. Online bookings with $0 display in any day of your stay will not be honoured.

Key pickup and check in arrangements vary. Please check your final Itinerary/Booking Confirmation after paying in full.

Bookings: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. However if arriving within 30 days or total booking value is $600 or less, full payment is required at time of booking. An official trust account receipt can be issued upon request.

Final Payments and Bonds: Final payments and Bonds (if applicable) are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bonds will be refunded between 7 to 10 days after vacating the premises provided no bond claims have been made.

Booking Fee: 2.5% non-refundable fee on total booking value paid at time of booking (excluding bond amount).

Cancellations and changes: For all cancellations and changes to bookings you must speak to a BBA staff member. All conditions apply to cancelled or part cancelled bookings which reduce the dollar value of the booking. Cancellation policy also applies if changing from one property to another.
a) 31 days OR MORE to arrival OR (61 Days or MORE for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) Fee: $200. For bookings less than $200, total value of booking.
b) 30 days OR LESS to arrival OR (60 Days or LESS for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) Fee: All funds paid forfeited excluding bond (if applicable)

The number of persons specified is maximum allowed. Increases must be agreed in advance.

Please note that check ins and check outs for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are unavailable. BBA reserves the right to cancel any such bookings.

Functions and excessive noise are not allowed and penalties apply. The Holiday Letting Organisation Security call outs are charged at $165 including GST per call out. After a 2nd complaint you may be evicted without refund.

Pets Only a limited number of properties permit pets (to view properties select 'pet friendly' under facilities in Advanced Search options) and are only allowed when agreed with BBA. Other conditions apply.
