Buddhas Retreat - Ewingsdale

The living area flows out to the entertaining deck and to the stunning pool, complete with Balinese barong. The master bedroom has a private deck leading out into the gardens and pool area connecting to an en-suite with a double spa set amongst the tropical gardens. There are another 2 bedrooms and study in the main part of the house and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, accessed by exterior stairs, one with en-suite. One of the bedrooms also has a second independent Austar connection with DVD which is a great facility to keep the kids entertained.

There is a large well equipped gourmet kitchen and separate dinning area, with Wi-fi and phone connections available for internet options. The gardens stretch forever supplying children with oodles of space to burn off some energy and to give you a rest for a while! With beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and glimpses of the ocean from the vast verandahs, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
The house is highly recommended for families or multiple couples, sleeping up to 8 adults and 3 children or 2 families.

Bedding/Bathroom Configuration:
Linen is supplied, all you need bring is your Beach towels.
UPSTAIRS
Main Bedroom - King bed with spacious ensuite including double spa bath and shower
Second Bedroom - 2 single beds (can be joined make a king bed)
Third Bedroom - Double bed
Study - 1 Single bed
Main Bathroom with shower and bath
DOWNSTAIRS
Fourth Bedroom - King bed with ensuite and shower ( access is via external door)
Fifth Bedroom - King bed with lounge with TV and DVD (access is via external door)
These two downstairs bedrooms are accessed by 3 separate external stairways and are of a 3.5 star standard.
If you book these rooms please be aware they are sometimes affected by damp in rainy weather.

$0 Rate Display: Call BBA for rates. Online bookings with $0 display in any day of your stay will not be honoured.

Key pickup and check in arrangements vary. Please check your final Itinerary/Booking Confirmation after paying in full.

Bookings: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. However if arriving within 30 days or total booking value is $600 or less, full payment is required at time of booking.

Final Payments and Bonds: Final payments and Bonds (if applicable) are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bonds will be refunded between 7 to 10 days after vacating the premises provided no bond claims have been made.

Booking Fee: 2.5% non-refundable fee on total booking value paid at time of booking (excluding bond amount).

Cancellations and changes: For all cancellations and changes to bookings you must speak to a BBA staff member. All conditions apply to cancelled or part cancelled bookings which reduce the dollar value of the booking. Cancellation policy also applies if changing from one property to another.
a) 31 days OR MORE to arrival OR (61 Days or MORE for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) Fee: $200. For bookings less than $200, total value of booking.
b) 30 days OR LESS to arrival OR (60 Days or LESS for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) Fee: All funds paid forfeited excluding bond (if applicable)

The number of persons specified is maximum allowed. Increases must be agreed in advance.

Please note that check ins and check outs for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are unavailable. BBA reserves the right to cancel any such bookings.

Functions and excessive noise are not allowed and penalties apply. Security call outs are charged at $100/call out. After a 2nd complaint you may be evicted without refund.

Pets Only a limited number of properties permit pets (to view properties select 'pet friendly' under facilities in Advanced Search options) and are only allowed when agreed with BBA. Other conditions apply.
