When you walk into this home you can see the attention to detail throughout the stylish contemporary design, tasteful furnishings, modern artwork and the use of space and sound with a Bose system supplying both inside & outside living areas with state-of-the art music. This property includes a large well equipped gourmet kitchen, and a phone connection is also available for internet options.

The master bedroom is an oasis of clean lines, beautiful timber finishings, a private deck leading out into the gardens and pool area. There is an en-suite with double spa set amongst the tropical gardens. There are another 2 bedrooms, plus study in the main part of the house and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private entrance from outside (1 with en-suite). One of the bedrooms also has a separate Austar connection to the main living area with DVD which is a great facility to keep the kids entertained.

This home supplies the guest with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, offering views of the surrounding countryside and glimpses of the ocean from the vast verandahs. Looking out from the main living area you gaze onto the stunning in-ground pool complete with Balinese Barong and plenty of reclining space to enjoy your little piece of paradise.

The gardens stretch forever supplying children with oodles of space to burn off some energy and to give you a rest for a while! This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy what Byron has on offer or to simply retreat from it all and enjoy some time out in paradise!

The house is highly recommended for families or multiple couples, sleeping up to 8 adults and 3 children or 2 families.

Linen is supplied, all you need bring is your Beach towels.

A security deposit is required for this property.

Fourth Bedroom - King Bed with ensuite and shower - bedroom access is via external door.

The two down stairs bedrooms are accessed by 3 separate outside stair ways. One has an ensuite. These two downstairs bedrooms are of a 3.5 star standard. If you book these rooms please be aware they are sometimes affected by damp in rainy weather.

$0 Rate Display: Call BBA for rates. Online bookings with $0 display in any day of your stay will not be honoured.

Key pickup arrangements vary. Check your Itinerary/Booking Confirmation.
Bookings. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. However if arriving within 30 days or total booking value is $600 or less, full payment is required now!

Final Payments & Bonds. Final payments and Bonds (if applicable) are also due 30 days prior to arrival. Bonds will be refunded 10 days after vacating the premises provided no bond claims have been made.

Booking Fee. 2.5% non-refundable fee on total booking value paid at time of booking (excluding bond amount).

Cancellations and changes. For all cancellations and changes to bookings you must speak to a BBA staff member. All conditions apply to cancelled or part cancelled bookings which reduce the dollar value of the booking also changing from one property to another or giving 30 days or less notice (60 days or less notice during peak times).
a) 31 days OR MORE to arrival OR (61 Days or MORE for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) – Fee: $200. For bookings less than $200, total value of booking.
b) 30 days OR LESS to arrival OR (60 Days or LESS for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) – Fee: All funds paid forfeited.

The number of persons specified is maximum allowed. Increases must be agreed in advance.

Please note that check ins and check outs for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are unavailable. BBA reserves the right to cancel any such bookings.

Functions and excessive noise are not allowed and penalties apply. Security call outs are charged at $100/call out. After a 2nd complaint you may be evicted without refund.

Pets only allowed when specifically agreed with BBA. Other conditions apply.
