There are three of these beautiful 2 bedroom fully self contained apartments in this centrally located complex, offering views to the waters of Byron Bay.

Furnished with a Byron flare...features include: local art work, air conditioning, polished timber floors, fully equipped kitchens, open plan living areas opening out to the spacious balconies with partial views of the bay; ontop of all this are some fabulous restaurants downstairs, so you can forget the cooking whilst on holiday!

Pipis 3 - has an open stairwell at the entrance which is not gated off from the main living area, hence is unsuitable for small children.

A short walk across the street will find you on the golden sands of Main beach or a 1 minute stroll will get you into the hub of Byron's shopping precinct. A phone connection is available for local calls.

Linen is supplied, however you do need to bring your beach towels. Sleeps a maximum of 4.

A Security deposit is required for this property.

Key pickup arrangements vary. Check your Itinerary/Booking Confirmation.
Bookings. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. However if arriving within 30 days or total booking value is $600 or less, full payment is required now!

Final Payments & Bonds. Final payments and Bonds (if applicable) are also due 30 days prior to arrival. Bonds will be refunded 10 days after vacating the premises provided no bond claims have been made.

Booking Fee. 2.5% non-refundable fee on total booking value paid at time of booking (excluding bond amount).

Cancellations and changes. For all cancellations and changes to bookings you must speak to a BBA staff member. All conditions apply to cancelled or part cancelled bookings which reduce the dollar value of the booking also changing from one property to another or giving 30 days or less notice (60 days or less notice during peak times).
a) 31 days OR MORE to arrival OR (61 Days or MORE for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) – Fee: $200. For bookings less than $200, total value of booking.
b) 30 days OR LESS to arrival OR (60 Days or LESS for Splendour, Blues Festival and New Year Week) – Fee: All funds paid forfeited.

The number of persons specified is maximum allowed. Increases must be agreed in advance.

Please note that check ins and check outs for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are unavailable. BBA reserves the right to cancel any such bookings.

Functions and excessive noise are not allowed and penalties apply. Security call outs are charged at $100/call out. After a 2nd complaint you may be evicted without refund.

Pets only allowed when specifically agreed with BBA. Other conditions apply.
