One of only a handful of absolute ocean front rental houses in Byron Bay with stunning views of the ocean and Julian Rocks. This property is ideal for a coastal getaway, enjoy a morning swim straight from your bedroom, check the surf from your front door, walk into town, some of the way along the beach and sample the delights of the town centre, or just relax and enjoy in your own private beach house.

Located at Belongil Beach, a relaxed quiet area of Byron and only a short drive to town, this comfortable three bedroom, open plan property has a modern fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, and a bathroom with a spa bath to enjoy a relaxing soak. Outside through two double glass doors you will find a patio area with an alfresco dining setting to enjoy the balmy evenings, ocean access is over the rocks at the front of the property. The property is pet friendly although it is not fully fenced. Due to fluctuations in tides we cannot guarantee this property will have sand directly infront of the property.
