There is plenty of space in this large sunny north facing home, making it perfect for a family or 2 wanting a Byron getaway. The spacious open plan living area flows out onto an extensive verandah that wraps around the house and looks out towards the Byron Lighthouse; there is also a BBQ to enjoy some outdoor dining. Upstairs has three bedrooms plus main bathroom, downstairs has two further bedrooms and another bathroom. There is also a piano for those who love to tinkle the ivories or unearth musical talent. There is a huge amount of outdoor space for the kids to run around in as well as a small play area with slippery dip & swings just a few metres down the road...a perfect place for a family holiday.

Situated in a quiet area within an easy walk to Clarkes or Tallow Beach and a short walk up the street to the Top Shop for your daily paper and delicious coffee. The town centre is a 15 minute stroll or 2 minute drive away.  

Wake to the sound of birds from the coastal native reserve at your doorstep and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves.
