Property Features:
Downstairs you will find a large timber kitchen, dining and lounge area flowing out to the rear deck with BBQ. On this lower level there is the main bathroom with combined laundry, and two bedrooms both bedrooms have two single beds. Upstairs you will find another living area leading to bedrooms three and four, both featuring french doors opening onto the sunny timber verandah. The fifth bedroom and a second bathroom is also located on this floor.

This charming holiday getaway is full of character and comfortably accommodates two families or a large group of guests.

The property is dog friendly subject to confirmation through Byron Coastal Real Estate. A dog is allowed provided that they are house trained and well behaved. Please advise in writing your request to bring your dog including type of breed and age of dog. Please note this property is not fully fenced.

This property has a strict age limit for all bookings. Any guests under the age of 28 years old must speak with the agent prior to booking to the property. The property has incured large number of young group bookings upon which the owners now wish to avoid at all costs. Bookings are subject to cancellation if we find that a large group booking has been booked without confirmation by us.

Belongil Beach Area:
Belongil has retained its local area feel and laid-back vibe, and it is hard to believe that Byron Bay is so close. How would it be to stay in a holiday house just one km out of town and yet feel as though you were a million miles away from it all and without a care in the world? Byron is just a gentle walk along the beach away, no houses in sight, nothing but reserve as far as the eye can see and Mt Warning beckons in the distance. Belongil Beach Caf offers leisurely breakfasts and lunches and Belongil Beach House reception sells a range of essentials, so nothing need come between you and the feeling that the hustle and bustle of daily life is but a very distant memory.

This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food.
All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

This house has a 5 night min booking policy.The property is to be used for holiday accommodation only, MAX 10 Guests at all times. The use of this property for a function, a party of any other like gathering are strictly prohibited.
An additional charge will be incurred and payable up to and including $3000 should any type of function or gathering be held in the property as well as loss of $1000 security bond will apply. A pet bond of $500 is applicable to all bookings with a $165 flea treatment charge payable with the tariff so the property can be sprayed at the end of your stay.
