Getting around Byron Bay
Byron Bay is an easy place to reach these days by plane, car, bus or train (with a coach connection). Byron Bay is part of the Northern Rivers region of NSW and is situated just off the Pacific Highway south of the NSW/QLD border.
Byron Bay is approximately 800km north of Sydney and 170km south of Brisbane, but have a look at our map if you are not familiar with the area. Byron Bay township is small and quite flat so getting around by foot or push-bike can be a great alternative, depending on where your accommodation is located of course.
