Belongil Beach Apartment is a three bedroom townhouse situated directly across the road from beautiful Belongil Beach.The property has three separate levels with the first level comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with smart TV. There is also a private courtyard with ourdoor setting and barbecue. The second level comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large enclosed deck. The third level has a large loft style bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. The hot and cold outdoor shower is great when coming home from the beach. The property has a real "Beach house" feel as it is one of only four townhouses in the complex.

Enjoy the sounds of swaying palms, waves lapping on the beach and the relaxed ambiance of the Belongil beach side community with it's lovely cafes.

Belongil Beach
Belongil Beach is ideally located just 1.5km north of Byron’s town centre. The unspoiled white beach is only a 2 minute walk from your holiday accommodation. A leisurely 15-20 min stroll along the beach will find you in the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach is known for its relaxed and carefree atmosphere.

If you would like to book this property on the website for the Schoolies weeks, the correct tariff and bond will not have been quoted. You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.

Please note a security deposit is required. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food.
