Byron Bay Holiday House

This stylish and spacious beachhouse has been designed to offer everything you need to make your holiday perfect. Take a dip in the large heated pool or head to Belongil Beach just across the road.  Bluewater House has multiple living areas both inside and out. All within a fully fenced securely accessed property.

Bluewater is a large two level modern beach house with north east aspect making the most of the  ocean and light house views from the top floor.  There is a living room on the ground floor that flows to large decks on both sides of the room, the front deck leading to the private manicured grass yard. Three bedrooms, two with ensuites, are on the ground floor and all rooms have stacking oversized sliding doors opening out to a deck area running the length of the rear of the house. There is direct access to the Mediterranean inspired pool area which can be enjoyed all year round as the pool has a state of the art heating system. It like being in your own resort. 

The top floor has an open plan living room and large separate dining area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to cater for the home cook or professional chef. There are oversized glass sliding doors that open to a north east facing outdoor dining deck. The living area is surrounded by glass that opens to another deck area over looking the pool. The master bedroom is also on this level, which includes a walk in robe and full size en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub. To complete the package all bedrooms have TVs and there is free WI FI.

Belongil Beach

Belongil Beach is ideally located just 1.5km north of Byron’s town centre. The unspoiled white beach is only a short walk from your holiday accommodation. A leisurely 15-20 min stroll along the beach will find you in the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach is known for its relaxed and carefree atmosphere. Beachside Belongil is a 1 min walk to Belongil Beach and 5 mins drive to town centre.

one belongil
It was one the nicest holiday homes we have rented with close convenience to the Belongil Beach and our now favourite spots Treehouse and Belongil Bistro which are walking distance away for a breakfast,lunch or dinner, We we in Byron but felt like we were out of town , quiet street as it becomes a no through road.
The home had everything we needed, was super comfortable and spacious for 8 of us. Thanks for great holiday.
