Located on a private road, the house has undercover parking for two cars. It is designed with two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor and a master suite and spacious open plan living area upstairs.

From the entrance, the glass lined hallway showcases the beautiful outdoor tropical garden. This leads to the two lower bedrooms, both with ensuites. One with a king bed, the other has two king singles which can be made up as a king bed (on advance request). There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. 

At the top of the light filled timber stair case to the left is the master suite with king bed, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the garden and Belongil Creek. To the right, the glass lined first floor welcomes you into the seamless open plan kitchen, dining and living area with guest powder room.

The fully equipped kitchen has most of the appliances you will need for your stay. There is plenty of room to relax on the lounge with a good book or connect to the wifi and catch up on the latest episode of your current series. With aircon in all rooms your comfort is covered.

The house benefits from being tucked into the dunes so you have complete privacy on the timber deck that surrounds the living area with BBQ and outdoor dining.

Up some stairs from the deck, you are at the top of the dune and your own beachfront cabana. A perfect spot to watch dolphins and whales play in the bay. Down a set of stone steps is the white sand a blue ocean of Belongil where you can spend time swimming and people watching.

With the stunning beachfront location, modern conveniences and thoughtful styling throughout, every effort has been made to ensure you feel right at home.

The house is a fifteen minute beach walk to the heart of Byron Bay where shopping and a vibrant bar and restaurant scene are yours for the taking. A three minute walk out the front door takes you to Belongil Beach Italian Food and the Treehouse for great dinners.

Please note a security bond is required for this property. This property does not accept schoolies bookings.  All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. NO PETS ALLOWED.
