Located in the Golden Grid of old Byron Bay, Lucia is an original beach cottage extended and restored and is now a large 2 level home, decorated in a simple yet comfortable style of linen, oak floors, natural carpets with brass and timber highlights. Separate living areas and five bedrooms spread over the two levels and opening on all sides to verandahs and gardens, Lucia can sleep up to 14 people in style.

Ideal for large groups or multiple families, Lucia has two living areas, one on each floor, with two queen bedrooms, two bunk rooms and a luxury master suite.

Both levels also enjoy massive outdoor areas including a north facing pool deck (pool due in September 18), undercover spaces, including one with an outdoor bath and one opening to the ground floor entertaining area. The first floor verandah, overlooks town and out to the hinterlands, with a huge dining space complete with a 12 seat dining table.

Stunning white interiors, bleached floors, full family kitchen, internal dining nook and a total of 3 full bathrooms plus guest powder room make this the perfect home to enjoy the Byron Bay experience. From Lucia you can walk or cycle to town, cafes and beaches,

Byrons vibrant and exciting restaurant and bar scene, the countless cafes and eateries plus the many shopping opportunities ranging from sophisticated to quirky are right at your doorstep when you choose your holiday accommodation in town. Some holiday houses are close to where the monthly Byron Community Market and the weekly Farmers Market are held, others are in the old part of town with its beautiful shade trees and wide streets and others are closer to the hospital and either on or near the road into Byron. All our holiday houses have easy access to the many famous and beautiful beaches offering family fun and great surf to quiet contemplation and stunning views across the bay to the Byron Lighthouse.
