Waitui is bathed in sunshine all day long. It has a private tropical landscaped garden, which offers a secure area for children to play or a relaxing place to unwind at the end of nice day at the beach or a busy day exploring town.

Guest will enjoy the open planned living areas on the ground floor, with large kitchen and spacious living room including large smart TV. Upstairs are two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms all which have access to small woodendecks where guests can enjoy the sunshine at different times of the day; a great place to retreat to read a book or listen to some music.

Waitui is directly opposite the famous Byron Bay Markets held on the 1st Sunday of every month, as well as each Thursday morning the local farmers market sells the most amazing organicproduce.

You won't need your car while staying at this property as everything is at your doorstep including restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, fly screened windows and access to a small sun filled deck.
The second bedroom has a two single beds, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and a fly screened door which opens on to small deck which it shares with the main bedroom.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and access to a small deck. The two main bathrooms are located on the second floor, the master bedroom is ensuited and the second bathroom has a shower and bath.
An additional toilet is located on the ground floor.

All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
