The property is located just across the road from beautiful Belongil Beach, a perfect spot for families and surfers alike. It is also a great beach for long walks and beautiful sunsets. A 15minute walk along the beach will take you right into the centre of Byron, where you can enjoy all of Byron's restaurants, cafes and shops.

The main features of the property include, views of the ocean from the master bedroom, four TV areas, 3 modern kitchens, 2 covered outdoor entertaining areas with BBQs and a fenced backyard. The property also has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

The billiard room has a newly refurbished 3/4 size slate table and opens onto the outdoor covered BBQ area. It also has a leather lounge which can easily convert into a very comfortable oversized double bed.

The laundry is located on the ground floor and has a washing machine and dryer.

Byron at Belongil is located in a popular quieter part of Byron and within short walking distance to two very popular eating spots; Belongil Bistro which offers all day breakfast, coffee and cafe mains and the Treehouse Restaurant and Bar, which is a great place for wood-fire pizzas and live music in a relaxed open air setting.

There are three bedrooms located upstairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and views of the ocean.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a round window that you can see the lighthouse from.
The third bedroom has two very comfy single beds, suitable for adults as well as children.
Downstairs are two self-contained apartments with queen size beds, ensuites, separate kitchen and lounge roomwith a flat screen smart tvs. Each apartment comfortably sleeps two adults.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite.
The two studio apartments have their own ensuite.

The property has a long drive driveway with room to park several cars.
There is also free street parking
