Kims Beach House is a two minute level walk to Belongil Beach, known for its breathtaking views of the bay and lighthouse, Julian Rocks and the Byron Hinterland. Belongil Beach is a 15 minute beach walk into Byron township and is a nature lover’s paradise

The three bedroom family home is spacious and sun filled, with ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. The large front and back yard is fully fenced providing space for hours of fun where the kids can play and the undercover entertaining area with BBQ and a pool room has a fridge and second toilet.

There is plenty of car parking available with a single garage at the rear of the property and room for four tandem cars at the front. The kitchen is fitted with a gas cook top, electric oven and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom features a double shower with rain shower heads and further outdoor hot and cold showers are perfect for rinsing off after a swim in the surf.

With an easterly aspect, Kims Beach House is where you can enjoy the glory and uniqueness of Australia’s first sunrise each day.

Imagine being close to a world renowned destination like Byron Bay and staying somewhere so very casual, laid-back and chilled out that it all seems a million miles away. Town is only ever a ten minute beach walk away from your Byron holiday accommodation and if this is at all tempting, then welcome to Belongil Beach! Leisurely breakfasts and lunches are available at The Belongil and laid back dinners at the Treehouse.  A gentle stroll along the beach takes you right into the heart of Byron Bay, where sophisticated shopping and a vibrant bar and restaurant scene are yours for the taking.

You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food.
