Bright and airy with expansive sliding doors leading onto a large deck with your own private pool. The property has internet and Foxtel for your entertainment, and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter,  all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Both bathrooms are well appointed with the main bathroom offering a freestanding bath. The house benfits from a butlers pantry with washer and dryer.

Pacifica offers easy going luxury, with all that Byron has to offer at your doorstep, being it its award-winning restaurants, its world renown beaches, cafes and shops.

Experience the unique atmosphere of Byron’s town centre. Close to everything Byron has to offer including a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques right on your doorstep. The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation.Shirley Lane is situated 10 mins walk to town, 5 mins walk to Belongil Beach and a 5 min walk to the Byron Bay Market held on the first Sunday of every month, and the Farmers Market held every Thursday morning.

You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.
